Field Outreach Canvasser – Just Schedule, No Sales

Position: Field Outreach Canvasser

Join our team as a Field Outreach Canvasser! You’ll go door-to-door in neighborhoods, connect with homeowners, and set up FREE estimates for window and door services.

Responsibilities

  • Walk assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.
  • Introduce our company and offer FREE window and door inspections.
  • Schedule appointments—no selling required.

Requirements

  • Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable talking to new people.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with new people
  • No experience needed — we provide full training.

Position Offer

  • Base Pay + Commission (Average $50K–$75K yearly).
  • Opportunities for growth.
  • Consistent 5-day work schedule.
