Entry Level Field Appointment Setter – No Selling, $50K–$75K+

We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Appointment Setters. Your role is simple: help homeowners schedule FREE window inspections. No selling required.

What You’ll Do

  • Walk local neighborhoods and identify homes that may need new windows
  • Talk with homeowners about FREE estimates and schedule their appointments
  • Provide a friendly, professional first impression of our company

What We’re Looking For

  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with new people
  • No experience needed – we provide complete training
