Community Outreach Manager – $125K–$200K Potential (Must Have Experience)

We’re looking for a driven Community Outreach Manager to recruit, train, and motivate our door-to-door marketing and appointment-setting team.

What You’ll Do:
• Recruit, hire, and train field reps (door-to-door / canvassing experience a plus)
• Manage and inspire a team generating in-home estimate appointments
• Coach in the field: motivate reps for top performance in direct outreach
• Build rapport with homeowners through face-to-face marketing and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience leading canvassing, door-to-door, or direct sales teams
• Strong skills in recruiting, training, and team motivation
• Outgoing, professional, and comfortable working outdoors
• Background in home improvement, roofing, solar, or residential services a plus
• Flexible to a 5–6 day field schedule
