What You’ll Do
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train canvassing team members
• Manage daily field operations and ensure canvassers hit appointment goals
• Lead by example — engage homeowners, schedule free estimates, and generate interest

• Report daily metrics and collaborate with upper management to improve performance
